The EyeTV Lounge forum is just one of the many ways you can get help with your Elgato product.

• If you are having a hardware problem, and need direct assistance, filing a support ticket at the Elgato support page is the best way to proceed. The support page is here: http://support.elgato.com/
• If you need customer service related to your purchase from the Elgato online store, please contact sales directly at sales@elgato.com. Please include your order number if available.
• If you have operational questions about your hardware or software, be sure to check out the Elgato FAQs first. It's here: http://support.elgato.com/ Chances are that you'll find just what you need.
• If the FAQ doesn't have an answer, don't forget to try searching the forum: search.php

The key is...if you need one-to-one assistance, contacting us directly is the best approach.
